Strong-Tie Mini Joist Hanger measures 63 x 54 x 46 x 1mm (L x H x W x T) and is made from one piece of pre-galvanised steel. It is ideal for light-duty applications such as trimmers and ceiling joists of rectangular section and can also be used to build decking platforms. The installation procedure requires that the hanger depth should be at least 60% of the carried member depth to prevent rotation. If less than 60% an additional lateral restraint is required to the top of the carried member.
